Senior AV & VC Engineer/Technical Architect, Extensive Technical Presales and Design Experience, Commissioning, On-site Support, Strong Client Facing Skills, Immediately Available, South East England

I have known this candidate for some time and believe that he is a motivated professional who could be a real asset to the right organisation. As well as all of his technical and commercial skills (outlined below), he is a genuine personality and dedicated family man that I really enjoy speaking to.

An extensively experienced Senior AV & VC Engineer with 20 years in the industry. He is Infocomm CTS qualified, and holds several Polycom and Cisco/Tandberg accredited qualifications. He has strong experience of VC, networks and AV systems, including design, documentation, installation, project management, maintenance and serving clients on site. He also has experience of managing technical teams, including a team of 15 AV technicians.

Technically strong, with excellent communication and client facing skills. He has produced technical project documentation as well as technical summaries for non-technical key personnel in major corporate clients. This candidate also has recent presales experience, helping to put together technical documentation for sales proposals for new integrated solutions into corporate customers.

Based in Essex and is happy to travel. He is used to working regularly in London (mostly The City and Canary Wharf). He would be very interested in a permanent role offering stability and is looking for a salary of £42K+, but will be flexible depending on career development opportunities.
