Welcome
to my first blog post! I’m trying this out to see if I can help more candidates
reach a wider audience and enjoy more employment opportunities. I also hope
that this will become a useful resource for any employers who are looking for
AV people for their businesses.
I
have spoken with this candidate several times over the last couple of weeks; he’s
a nice guy who is looking for a new permanent opportunity in AV installations
or live events in North West England:
He
has a strong working knowledge of AV solutions and their associated
infrastructure, including large video walls in permanent installations and
events settings. He has experience installing systems into football stadia,
including large displays, structured cabling and control systems.
He
has been working freelance but is actively looking for a permanent position; he
is available immediately following the cancellation of an overseas contract he
had booked in, and is keen to find a long term opportunity where he can progress
his career. Based in the North West and happy to commute across the region, he
is also used to travelling extensively for installations around the UK and
overseas.
He
is flexible on salary, ideally looking at mid £20Ks.
